The primary roles will be to carry out the following:
Conduct ToT in technical Instruction and Vocational andragogy;
Develop ToT skills cards;
Introduce training innovation culture in the TTIs;
Implement HRD development (OSD) to public training providers;
Develop and Implement blended learning
Train TVET trainers on LMS
Develop plan and Implement qualification Upgradation;
Develop quality assurance tools (M&E) to assess the learning and training.
