The primary roles will be to carry out R & D activities in the following:
- Technical Instruction delivery;
- Curriculum Development processes;
- Introduce innovation culture in the TTIs;
- Conduct TVET trainer profiling and identify skills gaps;
- Carry out training impact study;
- Introduce Q-culture in training delivery ; and
- Develop quality assurance tools (M&E) to assess the learning and training.
