The primary roles will be to carry out R & D activities in the following:

  • Technical Instruction delivery;
  • Curriculum Development processes;
  • Introduce innovation culture in the TTIs;
  • Conduct TVET trainer profiling and identify skills gaps;
  • Carry out training impact study;
  • Introduce Q-culture in training delivery ; and
  • Develop quality assurance tools (M&E) to assess the learning and training.
